acquisition was completed in January, 2005.

enrollment in Coventry’s traditional group health
plans and insurance company lines of business
exceeded 3.5 million members. The company's revenues
for 2006 are expected to surpass $7.5 billion.

Medicare Advantage members, and have received high
customer satisfaction ratings.
Coventry began offering Medicare
prescription drug (also known as “Medicare Part D”)
plans as of January 1, 2006 through three subsidiary
companies: Coventry Health and Life Insurance
Company, Cambridge Life Insurance Company, and First
Health Life & Health Insurance Company. Through the
first half of 2006, the company's enrollment in
these stand-alone Part D products was 663,000
members.
